Margaret Garriss says, "I'm thrilled with the work that Guild Masters Plumbing has done in our 60 year old home. They've done great work at affordable pricing. Our kitchen sink wasn't draining properly because the pipes were badly clogged and needed replacing. Nahu fixed that and asked if anything else needed to be repaired. I mentioned that the motion sensor in my touchless kitchen faucet wasn't working, but that I had given up on that long ago. In minutes, he looked at the parts I had in a box and installed the solenoid so that it's functioning properly now. It's like I have a new faucet!A few weeks later he came and replaced a hand held hose and shower head that had cracked in the bathroom. Coincidentally, that same day, my outdoor faucet adapter froze and broke in half on the pavement. Though I hadn't scheduled work for the outdoor faucet, Nahu fixed everything and even put faucet covers over all three outdoor faucets. I'm relieved.Guild Masters was prompt and conscientious. Monique M. says, "A Sneaky Leak, solved and remedied. I thought it was located in the crawl space. Puddle started to form and Emergency call out was needed. He showed up ASAP (on ETA agreed), took a look under the house and then in the bathroom (where I had checked a few days before (it was dry then). Diagnosed the silent hissing spray against the side wall under the facet in master bathroom cabinet. Gave a great price for emergency call out, purchase, replacement and installation of all parts. Even installed emergency shut offs on the main line under the sink if a leak ever happens again. He was very professional, honest and polite. Didn’t make me feel horrible for not catching it the first time and walked us through the entire process. And cleaned up before he left. He is AMAZING!!! Will definitely recommend, currently have his number saved. And won’t call anyone else for plumbing services. He is CHOICE!!!!"See more
