- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My certification requires me to do continuing education every couple of years to stay up to date on the latest trends in the industry. My goal, someday, is to attain a CSCS certification, as well as various calisthenic certifications and unorthodox movement certifications (think MovNat).
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Exercise is something that's been a part of my life for a long time. Ever since I was in high school, in fact. I loved my weight-lifting courses, and I loved to push myself in the gym. I want to bring that same drive and passion to others, and ultimately to benefit them.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I write intense fitness routines designed around functional calisthenics - a push move, a pull move, a squatting move, and a core move. I write behavioral contracts for my clients as well, so that they can be accountable to both me and themselves.
