Having assisted hundreds of people to improve their public speaking and presentation skills, confidence, and resumes over the years, I know how to get results and put you at ease. I have a decade of professional experience working with others to help them reach their public speaking, professional, and personal goals. While completing my Ph.D. in Theatre and Performance Studies at the University of Maryland, I taught my department’s general education course in oral communication, “The Art of Communication and Presentation,” as well as beginning my private consulting practice. I've taught and coached hundreds of people of all ages and from fields as varied as business, academia, the sciences, information technology, medicine, and the humanities. In that time I also helped those students/clients tap into their self-confidence and identify personal and professional goals, and provided job search help and skills (mock interviews, help writing resumes and cover letters, job hunting tips and techniques, etc).
