Jade was absolutely "God Sent". I'm active military and I was stationed overseas at the time of my purchase. So everything I had to do was virtual. I worked with another agent before Jade and that other agent was unresponsive and never communicated with me on time and in this market you can't be slow paced! So I terminated my contract with them and decided to try Jade, I needed someone else's eyes and input, I needed someone who was responsible and trustworthy because it matters who you work with! and I wasn't let down! Jade tailored her schedule to match my time zone and I was beginning to think "does she ever sleep?", she was up in the wee morning hours scheduling, writing up contracts and emails, keeping up with lenders, attorneys, sending me videos and pics she took of the houses of interest. She was with me through the whole process and keeped reminding me of all things beforehand...she never skipped a beat. She scheduled everything for me. It was the most smooth process I've ever been through. She worked really hard and when I came back and was able to see the house for myself. I couldn't have been more Excited and Happy! Everything was better then I imagined. She made it as if she were buying for her own family and took care of us! My wife and kids are thrilled to be in our new home! I couldn't have done it without Jade. We will be recommending her to all of our friends and family! She is part of our family now and I couldn't have asked for a better blessing.
