I had a gentlemen come to my door about the condition of my roof. He was very professional and to the point about his intentions. He showed me all the concerns he had with my roof , which is about 15 years old and I was able to understand everything he said so that was great. Being a single woman its easy to feel taken advantage of but it was all very obvious once pointed out. I got the estimate for the repairs the next day and it was way less than I expected. Will definitely be recommending to my friends and neighbors.

I had an older roof that needed to be replaced so I contacted 1st Rate. They came out and did an inspection, worked out an estimate, and got me on the schedule to get the roof replaced. The whole process was very smooth. The quality of the new roof is terrific, and the crew knew what they were doing. Plus, they did a great job cleaning up after the work was done.
