They came out to fix some paneling that came off after a storm, and it was too high up for me to fix it myself. They were out the very next day and promptly fixed the issue.

John was very quick and professional throughout the whole process of removing my old gutters and getting new ones installed. I wasn't in any hurry but he came out to give me a quote the next day and had me scheduled for work by the end of the week. I also really appreciated that he didn't try to pressure me into upgrading or adding things I didn't need like leaf filters. He actually encouraged me not to get them because he though they were unnecessary due to the layout of our house and surrounding trees. Definitely recommend.

I highly recommend John and Erick with Roof Puppy! From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations.
John ordered my windows on July 13th, and they were installed on August 13th. The installation could have happened even sooner, but we had a scheduling conflict on my end. What impressed me most was the turnaround time. Several other companies I contacted told me they wouldn’t even be able to have my windows manufactured until the third week of November. Roof Puppy was able to get my windows ordered, delivered, and installed much sooner!
The price, quality of the windows, and workmanship were all excellent. They installed six windows and a custom eyeball window in just ONE DAY, and the finished product looks amazing! The quality of the windows is exactly what I was looking for, and the installation was done professionally and efficiently.
John was great to work with throughout the process, and I truly appreciate the communication and service I received from Roof Puppy. They definitely earned my five stars!
We have already discussed completing the remaining upstairs windows in the near future, and I look forward to working with them again.
