We had an incredible experience with Undergrads Moving! Moving with an infant and no "village" has been quite the ordeal, and having their help was truly a lifesaver.We had the privilege of working with Alexander, Pablo, and Ayden during our move. They all arrived early, eager to get started, and worked tirelessly without ever slowing down. As with any move, there were a few hiccups along the way, but these guys kept a positive attitude and gave 100% from start to finish.Unfortunately, the truck couldn't make it up the driveway, so everything had to be unloaded at the bottom and carried up a steep incline. We were completely unprepared for thisno dolly (in hindsight, we should have been better equipped!). Despite the challenge, they remained upbeat and tackled the job with determination. We were beyond impressed and deeply grateful for their hard work and positive energy.We hope this is our forever home and that we never have to move againbut if we do, or when our daughter moves out 18+ years from now, we'll definitely be calling Undergrads Moving!

PAY ATTENTION TO THE BAD REVIEWS! I dont know how this company has 4.9 stars. My experience with them was awful. We booked a 20 foot truck for a two bedroom townhouse (the second bedroom barely had anything in it). These guys literally just threw everything into the U-Haul with no rhyme or reason. At one point they were throwing our couch cushions down the stairwell into the front yard. They placed metal items on wood items. They packed the U-Haul so poorly that we couldnt even fit some of our stuff into it and had to get rid of items like our TV. My wife had to rearrange the U-Haul the best she could in the middle of the hottest part of the day. They charged us over $400 to do what we couldve just done ourselves for free. They complained the entire time, right in front of us. They acted annoyed the whole time. They werent friendly or courteous at all until they were done and expecting a tip. DO NOT HIRE THEM!! They might be one of the cheaper options, but theyre cheaper for a reason. Weve moved six times in the last four years and this has been the worst experience weve ever had with any moving service.

This was our first time using any moving service, I will say I was disappointed with the lack of being able to directly contact the movers the day of, they ended up getting lost and I had to keep calling the call center which gave us a delayed start. Then when we arrive at the other location we couldnt find them for almost 10 minutes which again was cutting into moving time.On my intake call I was told based on the information I had given that they recommended 2 movers and they could get it all done in 2hrs. Well they were quite slow and we ended up moving about maybe 1/2 of what we planned on getting moved in the truck. My husband and I also helped move stuff because they were so slow and we only had a limited time with the truck.Overall not sure if I would use the service again, just based on the fact we had so much to move and I feel for the price we paid we didnt get our moneys worth.
