Company responded by message on this site to my posting for a roof repair estimate. I gave him my number and he called me later to discuss the job.
He scheduled a day to come and look at my roof and said he’d leave an estimate for me. The day came and went, no estimate, so I assume he never showed.
Thinking he’d call me to reschedule and apologize, I waited a couple of days, then left him a message on here, very politely reminding him of the appointment and asked for him to get in touch.
It is now almost a week later and I’ve had no response from this contractor. He seemed likable and professional on the phone, and I was hoping for a better experience. He at least could have called. Very poor way to run a business.
I wish that I could recommend him, but I just can’t at this time.

Hank followed through on the time he said he'd come inspect, on giving me an offer, and eventually on the delivery of the roof on the day we selected. The roof looks good, and no complaints after install at all. Would work with again.
