Prompt response. They were able to do the job the next day. I had been waiting for the company I had hired to cut down the tree for 4 weeks and got tired of their excuses. This was quick & easy. Plus it was a little cheaper than the other people who never showed up. Would use again!

Platinum Tree service supplied a large track mounted grinder and operator that within 2 hours ground 12 stumps to 8-12 inches below ground level. The operator was knowledgeable and courteous. The only down side was the unit came over an hour later than promised by the salesperson.

Good work (stump grinding) at a reasonable price. Customer service was very good and they actually showed up early to do the job.

Platinum Tree Service was fast to respond to my needs, gave a fair estimate for the work that needed to be completed and showed up promptly as promised. They assisted with tree removal, trimming and relocation. All looked great an they cleaned up all the wood chips from stump grinding. Two thumbs up! I will use them again!

Went on home advisor.com Keith called me immediately and made an appt for the next morning. On time and knew what was needed. Pulled a crew from another job because mine was a threat to the house. Crew was polite, made eye contact, made me feel my satisfaction was their goal. Boss came in to the finishing time to help because it was getting late. They left no dangerous holes or mess. Thanks for a job well done.
