J did an amazing job replacing the water line to our refrigerator! He responded the same day we contacted him on Thumbtack, stopped by to assess the damage that afternoon, and came back the next morning with the materials needed to resolve the issue. I would select all 5 of the reasons we liked working with J, if it did not limit choices to 3, and we definitely have his number for any other household service needs we may have in the future!

Johnson did a fantastic job wall mounting my tv and setting up another one. Was very flexible on pricing as well. Best I’ve found for the money! Very knowledgeable and was able to give some great advice about me old sound system and what’s available now. Really knows his stuff!

Jay provided same day service which was great! He diagnosed the leak problem under the sink and figured out an effective solution. No more leak. We are now thinking about replacing the sink vanity and faucet. When we do, we will definitely get Jay back to do it!

Jay was great. He was responsive to discussing a time that worked for both of us. He came in and patiently solved removal of my ceiling hoist system with a variety of tools that he brought. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Jay is a knowledgeable guy who takes his time to figure out a plan before doing anything. I will be considering Jay for the install of this same hoist in my new place down the road and enthusiastically recommend his services.

This was the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Jay was responsive, punctual and came out to install my doorbell same day. He was knowledgeable, friendly and ensured he did the job 100%. With electrical you sometimes run into hiccups but he went ABOVE and BEYOND to troubleshoot and correct the problem. Will most certainly be contacting him again for any other electrical or repair needs in the future.
