FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have any written discounts, currently. I do however help where I can, sort of case by case. Military, LEO, etc, I’ll lower cost where I can. I’m a somewhat flexible business, and can work things out when need be. I won’t lose a customer over a few hundred dollars if I can help it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is typically to complete an inspection (when the work is not an emergency), this involves finding the source of leak, and everything that has been affected. Second, is to speak with the customer about potential costs and see if potentially using HO insurance is a viable option (depends on the size of the job). Once logistics are figured out, the job is scheduled for the soonest available day (typically 24-48 hours) and the work is started at that point.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IICRC certifications in “Applied Microbial Remediation” and “Water Restoration”
