Martin and his colleague were amazing! He is very kind and professional. I just moved into my apt last Friday and I have the most beautiful windows but the view was distorted by old thick spider webs and bugs. I attempted to clean it myself but when I lifted the window it was even more grime, bugs and gunk. Im scared of spiders (dead or alive) so mission aborted. I checked Thumbtack and reached out to Sunbird earlier today. Martin followed up quickly with the rate. About an hour and a half ago he called stating a client rescheduled so he called me to fit me in today. They did a total of 8 windows for me and I don’t even think it took an hour. I live on the 2nd floor of an apt and he did the inside and the screens and the other gentleman set up a ladder and did the outside. His rates were beyond reasonable. I will definitely refer him to others and I’ll be calling him again in a few months just to make sure it doesn’t ever go back to how it was. Thanks so much Martin!!
