Yeong has changed my life . I had developed aches and pains for a young woman in her fifties. My husband gave me a gift certificate with Yeong to try yoga with her 8 years ago. I never thought 8 years later, I would still be with her. She not only taught yoga, big she cared for our bodies. She reminded to drink plenu of water, take hot baths and breath. I've taken yoga with Laura twice now and each time has been wonderful! One class was advanced while the other was restorative, and each was well tailored and true to its intention. In the advanced class, she did a great job of building up to the advanced poses and offering modifications along the way. She was attentive and provided individual instruction on proper adjustments. Her tone of voice is soothing and she creates a calming, enjoyable atmosphere. I look forward to my next class with her and highly recommend!

I am a Wake Forest-based massage therapist and yoga instructor. My career in MT began 10 years ago and has evolved to an individual based practice. I've accumulated a number of modalities and massage techniques, which I use depending on the individual's need. My yoga training occurred three years ago and I have personally practiced for the past 10 years. I've developed a technique that combines yoga and massage. I teach a weekly yoga class in Wake Forest and will provide private lessons with further discussion.
