Professional, did a great job installing lighting and ceiling fan. Went the extra mile by doing some touch up painting around lighting. Highly recommend. And, offers very good price.

Very professional service over the phone AND in person! Central office is in Maryland so don't be confused by the (443) area code. Also, their name is somewhat confusing (Why is it "Building Services"), but that is because cleaning is just one of the many services they offer. This is a real, professional quality cleaning company, not just some people doing this for a few extra dollars. They even did work I didn't even ask them to do! They did everything I asked of them and MORE! Their price was very reasonable. Although I did receive some lower quotes, with cleaning services, you ALWAYS get what you pay for.
I highly recommend them for both light and heavy duty cleaning services.
In my opinion, the only thing that could make this business better (not that I care personally) would be to have UNIFORMS for their employees. It would make them look significantly more professional, which would match their professional service.
