This afternoon (1/2), I submitted a request to have my washer and dryer connected after a move. The owner, Philip, of Triad Appliances, was the first to respond. By this evening, he was connecting and checking hose connections, and testing the wash and dry cycles. Philip was knowledgeable about our brand of machines and even told us about special features on our dryer that we weren't aware of! He was friendly, has a great sense of humor, and is professional. I will definitely be a returning customer for future service and maintenance on my washer and dryer!

Responded very quickly and was able to come out the very next day. He explained the problem with the dryer throughly. He was very knowledgeable. Gave me a fair estimate and he completed the job without any issues. I would use this company again.
