- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
no not complicated at all.... you tell me what you like I tell you the cost...also give you alternatives to try and stay within your budget. I want to help people not cause them stress .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I watch every cooking program and tutorial that I can. I take notes and try new recipes all the time. I have many many cookbooks and try to create new recipes from the existing ones that I find that I like and feel I would enjoy preparing and serving
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have cooked with my Italian family my whole life and I love what I do.....
