- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always Fair and reasonable. I prefer to start with quality paint, which makes the job of better quality and less application, which lowers the amount of time on the job. We make it all make sense for the client and understand that they simply want a change to their space, so we are in and out
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’m invited out for the estimate. Upon arrival the introductions take place then we move to take a look at what needs to be done. We get a feel for the process and time frame of the job and provide the quote. We explain all aspects of the job and all that will take place and how long
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have work at every level of painting at this point. Interior/exterior, Residential/Commercial, New/Returning clients, brush and roll/spraying. The experience over time has grounded me in understanding each job before the work is done
