- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing widely ranges depending on the program you choose for your pup. We rarely lose a client due to price. Cornerstone K9 is known for working with clients to help them get the training they want. Our consults are always free. We drive to you. Lots of dog training companies charge for this service. We appreciate clients who do their research and want to know more about where there pups might go for training. So consults are always free and pressure free. We offer lots of discounts to our clients. First Responder/Medical/Teacher/Military & multi dog.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get the full story on your pup. What’s the issues, the living environment, what you have to have out of training, what’s your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our trainers have a range of experience. From 3 years to 16 years. We don’t just hire anyone. There are multiple interviews to be hired as a Cornerstone K9 trainer. Our trainers have attended schools like Tom Rose School for Professional Dog Trainers, and all of our trainers have paid their dues working at dog training facilities from the Carolinas to Alaska!
