Yesterday we hosted a community pool luau with approximately 200-250 guest in 90 degree weather. Carolina Gourmet Catering did such an AMAZING job!! Everyone was raving about their food and service. Michelle Cook and her team were top notch. They were a pleasure to work with and were able to create a unique menu to suit our needs. I had several guests telling me that they wanted to book Carolina Gourmet Catering for their work parties. Aside from the great service and food, they also were extremely friendly and out going with our hungry guests and all the kids. We DEFINITELY want to book them for future events. I needed to have an event catered and I had about 24 hours before the event was to start. I called Michelle and told her what I needed and she took the time to help me plan the menu. After the menu had been planned, then Michelle helped me with the right quantity for the number of attendees. The food arrived on time and it was delicious. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We have created several packages for a variety of Client needs. Whether it be a Wedding Reception or a back yard BBQ, we try to stay competitive. All of our quotes include your disposables or china, delivery and set-up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We first listen to the needs and wants of the client. Our second step is to create a menu and package based on their style and budget. Once we agree on the details we sign a contract, send an invoice and acquire a deposit to ensure your guaranteed delivery.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a trained Executive Chef with 30 years experience and a background in Culinary Science, Chocolate, Amuse Bouche, Formal, and Casual catering. We are trained in lVegan/Vegetarian, Allergies, and Gluten Free Cuisine.
