- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have no “discounts” and no hidden fees. We do have minimums and for estimates requiring a site visit we generally do have a charge, however this is “discounted” from the price of the final invoice. This just protects me from doing tons of estimates for people who doing intend to have work done
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the job. We will decide if an estimate is needed. Get a price, you approve the work. And we schedule it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve received years of on the job training.
