Triston contacted me quickly after Thumbtack outreach. He was very professional, punctual and communicative. When he arrived to complete the lawn care he was thorough, tidy and did a great job on two properties for us! Glad to have him working for us!!

Work on his craft. Triston originally charged $2k to complete a front yard job of moving 3 original plants, replanting 4 new Boxwood plants, 5 paver stones, and adding mulch. After telling him that I do not believe that request warrants a $2k payout, Triston then dropped the price to $650. I agreed to that price. After the job was complete, I do not believe the quality of his work deserved $650 either! The plants that he moved, died. He and his team ripped up too much grass, so now there are patches in my yard of my beautiful new construction property. The barrier keeping the mulch contained won’t stay up…. And when I asked Triston if he was willing to come back out to (fix) certain errors, and he said that it would be an additional cost if he came back for my request. I refused. However, he completed the job (to the best of HIS ability) so I paid as agreed, but I would never hire Triston for any future landscaping projects.

I apologize that you are unhappy, I am going to stay professional and just say there is two sides to every story but the customer is always right so we apologize again! we changed the price from $2,000 to $650 but the scope of work changed, the plants beside the Pavers she provided, but the plants in the mulch bed I provided, and you can see which ones are still living!
