FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always call or text customers. I give them notice on a secure line that they can update me with any concerns about the job. On the day of the job i always communicate my E.T.A. I tend to also greet customers an hour or 2 ahead of schedule. This gives them time to let me know if they have to push back the time. I greet the customers in a professional manner in person. I always make sure that the customers are happy with the load/unload. If customers have any questions on the job we answer them. I am always ready to help the customer.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I originally got started just picking up any moving jobs since i was a teenager. Ive always had a thing for side hustles but moving was one of the trades i was repeatedly doing the most. I only now in the year of 2023 decided i should step up and make this a full time business. Its been good so far and i hope to keep on making progress. I really do love moving and its also a very active job so we are always on our toes with new challenges.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A recent project i am fond of would have to be a moving job i did in the summer for a repeat client. I put together some new furniture pieces for the family.
