Tyler, Hillary, and co. were great to work with. The tree I needed trimmed was tricky to get to, but they got it done nicely, cleaned everything up, and hauled it away. I even got some help hanging a swing.

My mum a senior citizen wanted to have all the trees in her backyard trimmed and Hillary and her team came in and did a wonderful job. What makes this team outstanding is their ability to work with Seniors, they were patient, they understood my mum needs and did the job according to her requests.

Update: Tyler and Hillary did a nice job on my property, but I regret recommending them to my neighbor. Instead of trimming his evergreen trees with a hedge trimmer, he just hacked the trees and now there is a good chance the trees will not make it. I only recommend hiring them if you have basic tree cutting or trimming needs that require a chainsaw.

AMAZED - first messaged them a just few hours ago & now my tree is finished being trimmed already for a great price. They went above & beyond and trimmed a few bushes additionally. Communication was very quick and easy. Will use them for all future treetrims.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price based upon size of the tree and any obstacles that may cause us to take longer time or be in the way of where/how we land a tree & etc. There's NO "set" price for anything bc a tree could be 5ft tall 1in around vs. 8ft around and 75ft tall.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Going out to their home/business meeting with them & walking around the property while my wife "Hillary" draws up the contract for the work we'll be doing and etc. I'm transparent about it all & answer each & every question they may have while in the process too!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
14yrs of tree climbing experience! I was trained by my father (worked for Asp. Tree Svc/licensed & all-tought me EVERYTHING I know)!
