- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently Directed and Catered a Wedding in Topsail Beach this past weekend. We had beautiful weather and the Wedding and Reception went off perfectly. That was a huge accomplishment for us because it was Memorial Day Weekend and the beach was packed with party goers and traffic was terrible. But with excellent planning we knew we had to add more time for travel for each vehicle for the event.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Dress for success. If your provider is not dressed professionally, then you will not have a professional experience.
