Ranging from deck repairs to full multi family building renovations. Including major hurricane structural repairs. Unique Construction Concepts reached out to myself about my patio project. He scheduled a onsite quote for 8:30 this morning. He messaged me at 8:00 this morning and said he would be here at 9:30 he had to drop some materials off to his crew. I received another message at 8:40 saying it looks like it’s going to be heavy rain can we reschedule for next week. Rain has been in the forecast for the last 4 days so he knew it would be raining on and off today. Don’t schedule onsite quotes if you can’t get here!!!! People schedule their days around that!!! I can’t talk about his work as he didn’t do any, I’m sure it’s great.
