I tried learning guitar in high school by taking lessons, but could never make sense of it. Since then I've picked up the guitar off and on without any meaningful improvement. His deep understanding of blues techniques-including slide guitar-and his ability to break down complex concepts make learning both enjoyable and rewarding.
