I can’t recommend Eden enough. She came in during a very vulnerable time, I was in the thick of really bad depression and my house completely got away from me. I was absolutely embarrassed and she came in and made me feel no shame. I originally booked her for a deep cleaning but decided to book her regularly for maintenance. She went above and beyond, not just in how thorough she is (I never thought I’d see my house SPARKLE!) but she even rooted for me as I got better. I never thought I’d have someone come in so compassionate, caring, and understanding. She’s so much more than someone I hired to help me clean. She puts her heart and soul into her works and treats her clients with actual care, not just a means to a paycheck. If I could give her 10 stars I would.

I moved out of my house and am turning it into a rental property. I built in 2010 and have lived there up until this point, with several roommates along the way. Needless to say Alyssa had her work cut out for her would be an understatement. She did a phenomenal job with a professional yet friendly and engaging personality while doing so. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is subjective and and unique to each client. Base prices provided in-app are not final and require a proper estimate to be conducted prior to services rendered. **I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Life surely does happen, however, everyone’s time is valuable. To ensure I am delegating mine appropriately, I require 48 hours notice for cancellations and/or rescheduling. **New clients will be subject to a scheduling deposit that will go towards the final cost of services. This deposit shall be returned in the event of a cancellation that is requested within the above mentioned cancellation policy timeline. **Habitual violations of this policy will result in termination of services and loss of schedule deposits.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do an in-depth walk through and discuss the time frame and estimate for an initial deep clean.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Life long lessons and hands on experience.
