- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flat rate pricing! There are no fees! And if an on going customer is added to the schedule discounts are a huge must in my book! To show appreciation to a great client!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can answer almost any question about cleaning someone’s home. I offer a flat rate so everything is included in my price, no worries about “add on” pricing that leaves you having to tackle a calculator! I’m flexible with scheduling (everyone has their own life to live!) and my customers can call or even text with any questions at anytime! I care for every project that I do and do not take good hardworking Americans time or money for granted!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been cleaning for 6+ years and have learned so many new things by trial and error, and for me it was the best way to learn, because it really sticks in your memory on how to accomplish a good project and do it efficiently and with confidence!
