I hired Ivan Stone work to primarily repair some mortar between bricks in a windowsill. I had just had two brand new windows put into that area above the sills. He did not change the size of grinder he was using or something, but he sliced my window screen wide open. He admitted this to me and told me about it. What I found out later was that he had also ground into my window frames and ruin them. He tried to conceal it by putting caulking around it and did not tell me about it. In addition to this, he completely screwed up the steps leading up to my front door, making it look idiotic, not blending it in at all not worried about getting inside the lines. I could’ve had a kindergarten do a better job on my brickwork than this company. You really shouldn’t allow them to do work for anyone else they are dishonest.
