Introduction: We offer property management customized for the development. We ensure excellent service to homeowners and HOAs. We plan, manage, and maintain developments including, but not limited to, HOAs; bid, award and management projects; preventive work; and general upkeep. We ensure annual inspections are up to code. We inspect life safety and other items such as backflow preventers, emergency lighting, egress, exits, and ADA compliance. We perform scheduled risk management assessments and advise recommended corrections. We provide recommended preventative maintenance schedules for the property equipment. We also work on optional HVAC PM contracts. We compile customized property standards manual specific to the developments -- design review for new construction ensuring property standards are met. HOAs may select financial management for dues, reports and collects. We have 9 years of successful experience with a 1.1 million SF development. Contact Anthony Lilley.
