Jennifer did a move out cleaning that included a carpet cleaning where she was able to get out some really hard stains. I also asked her to do a move in at the house I was moving to that was close and she was able to do that as well on short notice. Price is very reasonable. Overall good experience and would recommend to others.
Blk did a lot of little repairs around my house for Me when I moved out and was getting it ready to rent. They are very pleasant to work with and get things done in a timely manner. Thy completes projects from securing the dishwasher, patching holes, cleaning carpets, and getting my chimney inspected! David and his crew professionally assessed the requirements that would have to be done in order to finish a job started by a handyman who turned out to be not as handy as he promised. David gave me a fair and honest appraisal of what needed to be accomplished in order to finish the job-in-progress. His candor, without impugning the capabilities or honesty of the initial individual, gave me a very good idea of what needed to be done to get back on track and how long it would take, along with an accurate estimate of the overall costs. David said he'd be done in two weeks and he was, unlike the first person who also promised two weeks then disappeared after milking me of the quoted money over a three month period, leaving a disaster, and completely disappearing. To say that I am happy with David's work is an understatement. He did what he said he would and did it very well. Outstanding is closer to describing his work and the results. My only regret is that I did not think of him initially. We would have a great building but it would have cost a lot less. I am grateful to David and his crew for cleaning up the mess left by another, and making everything right. When I saw David's name on Thumbtack I recognized it and immediately confirmed that he was the man who routinely maintained the duplex we rented when we first transferred to this area about 20 years ago. While we lived in it, he did a super job maintaining the duplex. For those who don't know, having a house on the beach may sound romantic but the romance comes at a very high maintenance price; the environment is flat-out hard on structures and vehicles. David did a superb job then and his quality of work has only improved. If you need his services, I very highly recommend him as the go to guy. Don't make the mistake I did; you will get the quality of work for which you are willing to pay. I found David to be fair and honest. His crew work hard and are as professional as he. What more could you ask?
Jonnie has been a godsend to our family during our preparation for our cross county move. Not only were her prices beyond fair, her work was exemplarary. Our house was in shambles from downsizing and preparing for our move and she cleaned the rooms to "move in ready" condition. I know she will be the reason why I will get a maximum return on my security deposit. Not only was her work outstanding but she was extremely courteous, professional, personable and highly proficient. She went above and beyond the call of duty of a standard house cleaning service. My mother and I were tasked with the job of preparing for this move on our own as my husband had to leave to start his new job out of state. My mother is disabled and I suffer from herniated discs and degenerative disease in my back - upon learning this, Jonnie offered her assistance in any way she could to help my family. It's rare to find that kind of generosity and good samaritinship these days and we have been completly gracious and in awe of her kindness. The only bad thing I can say is that I found Jonnie days before moving out of town as I would have loved to continue working with her in the future - she has been one of the few bright spots during a very trying and stressful move. I can guarantee you will walk away completely satisfied if you hire Jonnie to assist you in your house cleaning needs - she's a gem!!!
