Play One basketball is all about a multi-level improvement in the game of basketball. Training is custom tailored to specifics in areas of desire and of necessity for success as a player (and from my experience as a person as well) All age groups for this reason would benefit from working with Play One, and Play One certainly wants to be there for them. A passion for the game and the craft of improvement is prevalent in the reflection of positive attitude and fortuitous efforts to accommodate with flexibility of the program and exercises.
