Quick Responses via Thumbtack, and the company was able to schedule an appointment quickly. The professional was very punctual for the appointment we scheduled. I explained what I needed ahead of time (and again when the professional arrived): A thorough cleaning and disinfection of a sofa I purchased second-hand. The professional that came to my home for service didn't clean the surface of the sofa under the cushions, nor the bottom of the cushions initially. He was packed up and ready to leave when I pointed out that I did indeed need the ENTIRE sofa cleaned and disinfected. He was pleasant and unpacked and cleaned those areas. After he left I realized he had missed several large areas of the sofa though. I had expected to pay via Square when the professional had performed services, but he said I would be emailed a bill. I received an email late that evening and then a call early the next day to take care of the bill over the phone, which I thought was a bit extreme, as they had not even allowed me ample time to take care of payment! The professional that came to my home was very pleasant and professional, but due to the quality of the service provided and the eagerness of the company to have me pay a bill they sent me(despite me offering to pay up front) I would say that I likely would not hire this company again, unfortunately.
