- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Contact me for pricing. I work with a "fee based" advisory firm. My services include financial planning, investment management and insurance services. The fee you depends on the scope of work you hire me to do. Every prospective client is provided with a copy of our fee schedule as a part of the initial consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically start with a 45 - 60 minute discovery call or meeting (no commitment required) where we discuss initial goals, objectives and concerns. After the initial consultation they'll have the opportunity to receive a follow up one page summary with recommended next steps. There is no commitment required and at the end of that meeting they will be provided with have a chance to "think on it" and determine if they want to hire me. If a client decides to work with me, I have a dedicated in-house service team to help assist each client with our onboarding process.
