About

I am a part-time entrepreneur joining the team with a background in Architectural Design, Mathematical Sciences, Information Technology and Security, Medical Billing and Coding, and Administration as well as many other skills that I've developed over the years. My team is small, but we are all reliable and accountable for the services we provide. I provide assembly services ranging from basic household furniture to minor construction projects (playground sets). My ultimate goal is to help people in any way possible while earning a fare wage and being able to set my own schedule around working full-time and raising my children as a single mother.

Marquita offered to come on a Saturday to make it easier for us. She arrived as a stranger and left as a friend. She completed 5 furniture assemblies in less than 6 hours and only one of those was relatively simple. We were so impressed with her urgency, her skills, and her perfect results that were immediately usable. She even tested each item before declaring it completed and then cleaned upvthe boxes and packaging materials. We will happily use her services again should the need arise. She's a professional!

Absolutely thrilled with Marquita's exceptional assembly work! From the moment I stumbled upon her profile, boasting an impressive math, science, and architecture background, I knew I had found a gem. Let me tell you, she surpassed every expectation I had.

Marquita tackled the Herculean task of assembling both a massive catio, a five-tier kitchen shelf, and an outdoor shed entirely solo. And boy, did she shine! Not content with merely putting the pieces together, she approached the job with the meticulous eye of an architect and the problem-solving prowess of a seasoned engineer.

Picture this: uneven ground threatening the stability of my shed. Did Marquita panic? Not a chance! Instead, she sprang into action, crafting a sturdy base on the spot to ensure my shed stood solid and steady, impervious to wobbles or weather woes.

Hours flew by as Marquita worked tirelessly, never once pausing for rest. Her dedication was palpable, and I couldn't help but feel privileged to have someone of her caliber handling my prized catio and shed.

But Marquita didn't stop there. Oh no! She went the extra mile, neatly packaging up all the leftover boxes and placing them by the curb, a thoughtful gesture that truly sets her apart.

In a world where "good enough" often passes for excellence, Marquita is a breath of fresh air. Her commitment to quality, her attention to detail, and her willingness to go above and beyond are unparalleled. Without a doubt, I'll be dialing her number again for any future projects. If you're searching for a true professional on Thumbtack, look no further than Marquita. She's a rock star!

PS: The pictures don't show the catio with the artificial grass. When the grass arrives, I will add those pictures, too.

Marquita was great to work with and did a fabulous job. She was very communicative when we needed to adjust plans due to the weather. She took a great deal of time and care to ensure it was installed correctly and leveled. I would hire her again.
