Matthew was wonderful and exceeded our expectations.He was on time and was actually there before we got there which was great.he did a thorough inspection of a home we are under contract with.he did not rush anything .he was very verbal with us and pointed out and explained in detail.he was able to find so many things that we would have not been able to see or be made aware of had he not pointed it out.but that’s the whole point of hiring a qualified inspector isn’t it.he gave us a thorough report detailed with photos for everything he found.it was so easy to understand and he answered any questions we had.Matthew is the guy to hire for an inspection.we are so glad and grateful we chose him out of the many other inspectors on here.his report will really help us when negotiating before closing.he helped us to understand how important it is to have an inspector when buying a home.thank you so much and if we have to use you in the future or need to refer you to someone.thank you again Matthew

Matt has inspected two properties for me. He is very responsive. I was able to schedule an inspection with Matt with short notice. His inspection is thorough. We used this inspection report to negotiate with the seller and successfully got $7000 credit. I will definitely hire Matt again!

I can't say enough nice things about Matt. He was very thorough with my inspection, very nice, friendly, great value, on time, he actually called the moment I hit submit as well. I'm sure that he will not always be that responsive but he is worth the wait, if necessary.

If you're looking for someone who is honest, flexible, detailed, responsive, pays attention to your needs, easy to talk to and punctual, Matt is the inspector you need on your side! We hired him for a pre dry wall inspection and gave him a notice of less than 24 hours and he came through for us! He answered all our questions and had our report to us timely. When working with a new client I enjoy educating them on what it is I provide within my inspection, the expectations and limitations of a visual inspection and what the benefit of working with The Inspector Guy can bring to the table. I also ensure they are aware of proper maintenance to keep their home in great shape for years to come!
