- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every home has a different need, is a different size, and a different occupancy. A pricing system would not be fair to myself or a regular/ potential customer (As a customer), you are making an investment, (As a cleaning contractor), I will listen to your needs, and together we will come to an agreed upon price. Once an agreement is satisfied, a date will be scheduled for your service. Complete Residential and Commercial cleaning, is a full service company. We offer additional services, small space cleaning (cabinets, closets, garages, small repairs.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers are not required to be home during cleaning, Introduction is done by phone, and any questions answered. Customers who choose to remain home while cleaning is in process, are asked to maintain the required space for social distancing due to Coronavirus. All payments are due at the completion of service. We understand things come up, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours cancellation, this allows for others to also receive required service. With a warm smile, we welcome you,
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with some of the larger Commercial cleaning services, adopting to my training, Becoming a entrepreneur in the Janitorial service in 2011 as a (Sole proprietor). Over the years the business has perfected the service in many ways. The company name changed in 2015 becoming Complete Residential and Commercial cleaning services (LLC). expanding to the North Carolina areas, We now service a large portion of the Carolinas different counties, (Map coverage on web page). Our goal to continue the growth, adding many services to offer to our current, and future customers.
