Commercial Cleaning does residential cleaning, too. Although they are located in Lexington they work in the Clemmons / Winston-Salem area, too. Dont let the name or their address keep you from contacting them. They are awesome! Jessica, the manager of Commercial Cleaning, was very responsive to my needs. I just wanted to have 2 two-story cathedral windows washed, and was having difficulty finding someone who was willing to come out to my house for such a small job. Jessica came out, gave me an estimate and scheduled a time that was convenient for both of us. I let her know that she could come anytime she was in the area, since I didnt want her to drive from Lexington to Clemmons simply for my job. She assured me that she is out in our area quite regularly. Jessica and two other women (family members) came out for the job. They used a tall ladder and soft scrub brushes and squeegees on long handles to get our 25 tall windows on our home. They were here for about 45 minutes. They checked their work by having one person on the inside and one on the outside to double-check for streaks or spots. The next day Jessica texted me to make sure everything still looked great in the morning sun which shows every imperfection. I was happy to report that the windows still looked excellent. I was really impressed that she followed up with me. I will be using Commercial Cleaning for all of my window cleaning needs in the future. And should I need deep house cleaning down the road I will not hesitate to call them for that, either. The only thing they need to improve upon is marketing. They need to add a sign to their van, get a website that is easily accessed through a Google search, and consider changing their business name so residential customers like me can find them.

Jessica and her crew came in and did a deep cleaning to my home, which was in desperate need of it. I left my dusty, dirty home in the morning and came home that evening to a clean, fresh, lovely home. I was able to really relax and enjoy without the pressure of needing to clean hanging over my head. It was incredible. Since then, I have started using the company for bi-monthly cleaning and am so glad that I have. When I first talked to Jessica, I told her I had some hesitation about someone I didn't know coming into my home when I was not here. She offered to come by and meet me, talk about any concerns I had, and to discuss what I wanted done. Once I met her, I felt completely at ease having her in my home. Additionally, it speaks highly of Jessica that the original price quote she gave me was for work that would take 4 hours, but she only ended up being able to complete the job in only 3 hours. I had no idea how long it took her, because I was at work; however, she was honest enough to let me know that I had, based on the quote she had given me and the time the job had actually taken, overpaid. She applied the difference to my account, which paid for my next two cleanings. Not many people would have been honest enough to do that. I am so impressed and will certainly continue to use Jessica and her team!

I'm a satisfied customer and would recommend Commercial Cleaning services. I've used the one-time deep cleaning and subsequent regular bi-weekly cleaning. Jessica is the person who cleans my home and she's always professional, courteous, reliable, and efficient. She's careful with my things and puts everything back in its place. She's met all of my requests (ie no heavy floral scent products), and I never have to remind her about any of my preferences.

Most of our work is residential cleaning weekly and one time deep cleans. We also work with builders to do new construction home cleaning.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We had a window cleaning job recently and these windows were not in the best shape. We worked hard and clean every window to the best of our ability and it showed when our client was extremely happy with how everything looked!!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone who is prompt with getting in touch with you. Who are trustworthy and eager to work and do a great job.
