laboratory work typically is $135 my time is a flat $165typically a thorough inspection and testing without your relations and recommendations takes about 2 hours som etimes less a technically exhaustive 16 page report which is Doctor grade is available for a fee of $10 it is a great use for the doctor to make his prescriptions for cure
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
clients are asked to follow along with me during the course of the inspection and are asked to take photos that we can review at the end of the inspection and summarize our findings and course of action to correct the air quality in the house. after the laboratory results come back we reconnect with the client and revise as needed our prescriptions for cure. we do not divorce our clients we are there for you down the road 2 weeks 6 months 5 years I can remember houses it is uncanny
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an engineering background and have taken numerous continuing education classes the field of home construction and maintenance in all technical categories with emphasis on indoor air quality testing Consulting and observations and recommendations for cure proper protocols her also provided to my clients I have attended many business and educational conferences with the American Society of home inspectors
