Met Alex back in October 2015. Just prior to that I had been diagnosed with pre-diabetes. My grandparents were both diabetics and I did not want to go down that path. I also suffer from a herniated disc in my lower back. I needed to lose weight but I needed guidance. Alex and I met over a massage and we talked extensively about my life and my eating habits, which were quite bad. She put me in a plan and steered me in the right direction. Yes, I tried to resist, but her knowledge, patience and persistence got me to change my attitude towards health. I dropped the junk food, began juicing and eating healthier (quinoa, anyone? Lol!) and we both later joined Crunch Fitness and began exercising. From that point I lost 50 pounds and was later told by my doc that the pre-diabetes went away. The workouts at Crunch have helped to strengthen my lower back. All because Alex changed my way of approaching my personal health and my outlook. She’s my friend and I owe her so much. Luv ya much!

I have been getting regular massages from Alex for almost 3 years. She was more expensive than most therapists around here but I gave her a shot. I have tried many. I go to her every week because she really is THE BEST! Her hands are like magic. I literally fall asleep while her hands take away my stress. She suggested I go to a chiropractor and now I get weekly massages and chiropractic adjustments. She is amazing. To sum it up, she changed my life.
