- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
just to guide them through the process of setting up the event and remembering to just have patience and helping them find the best menu that fits their budget but a menu that they will also extremely enjoy at the same time

i graduated from gtcc in 2008 for culinary arts and ive been cooking every since
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
i originally went to school for music at the art Institute of Charlotte and when i got there and had already paid my tuition i realized that they didn't offer music so i changed my major to culinary arts and well the rest as they say is history and ive been cooking ever since
