- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a Certified Personal Trainer meaning that I have gone through a lot of education about the body's mechanics and workings in order to best aid people of varying health statuses and fitness conditions. I have gone through extensive testing to gain certification and have to go through continuing education to maintain it.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I love helping people, I think the human body is beautiful and amazing, and Im hyperactive. Mix it all together and you've got yourself a personal trainer.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I work mostly with women. My clients range from women who want to tone and firm up their bodies to those who are in the process of changing their lives and need assistance and support in major weight loss.
