I cant say enough great things about my experience with Piedmont Construction. From start to finish, this was hands-down one of the most professional, high-quality projects Ive had done on my home.This was a full roofreplacement, including a complete tear-off of the old roof, re-sheeting, and installation of new GAF Timberline UHDZ shingles. If youre comparing options, the UHDZ shingles are a noticeable upgrade over HDZthey have a thicker, heavier profile, deeper shadow lines for a more dimensional look, and a Class 4 impact resistance rating (the highest available), which gives real peace of mind when it comes to hail and long-term durability. The finished roof looks incredible and truly elevates the entire appearance of the house.They also didnt cut corners on the system itself. Ice and water barrier was properly installed along the eaves, and they used GAF all-metal pipe boots instead of the typical rubber onessomething I specifically cared about because of long-term reliability. Those details matter, and they got them right.Oscar Tello was excellent to work with throughout the entire process. Ill admitIm very detail-oriented (and probably a bit picky), but he was patient, responsive, and made sure everything I wanted was addressed. What really stood out was how accommodating the crew was. They actually allowed me to be up on the roof with them at times, which says a lot about their openness and confidence in their work.The crew worked hard and efficiently. They stayed late on the first day to make sure the roof was fully dried in and protected, which is huge. Then they came back and finished everything up the next day (even working on Saturday), without rushing or sacrificing quality.Clean-up was thorough, workmanship was top-tier, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. If youre looking for a roofing company that takes pride in their work, uses high-quality materials, and stands behind what they do, I highly recommend Piedmont Construction.Five stars all the way.

I am very delighted with the results of my New Roof, Oscar and his team replaced my entire roof with such dedication to detail and cleaned up everything leaving my perimeter intact and clean.
