They were so professional and punctual. They beat us to our own house ready to get the job done. We had a big 4 br 2.5 ba house and they cleaned it from the top to the bottom. They even offered to help moved the last couple of items that we had in the house that we were taking out of the house for no additional charge. They were respectful, nice and wonderful at everything they cleaned. From our carpet cleaning, window seals, our nasty oven, refrigerator, and our bathrooms, which were defintely on the uncleaned side as we have two boys. So those who know how a bathroom with kids can looked. There was no complaints from them and they were so helpful. I am so glad and grateful they were able to come out and completely service our entire home in with a very short notice. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this cleaning company to anyone who is wanting great professionals to do the best job! You cannot go wrong by hiring this company!!

Called beforehand to get everything lined up and to make sure he came prepared. Arrived on time. Made a point to note a major issue with existing mount, leading to more material/time/effort to complete the job the right way. Went through everything step by step and clearly.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat fee of 90 if the customer has the mount, $130(if I provide tilting or fixed mount), $150(if I provide full motion mount), $175 (specialty mount), ($100 internal concealment /$50 external concealment) *All parts included and installation complies to NEC safety code. Dismount/remount $75, $100 if going into steel studs/$150 if going into brick/stone/concrete/vinyl
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We find out what type of professional service is needed and when would the customer like it completed. We take pride in our work and would go an extra 2miles to make a customer day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as a maintenance man for 5 years, a puls technician, and a hellotech technician mounting TVs the last 2years.
