Introduction: My name is Adam Calderon. I am an Air Force vet, served 6 years as a law enforcement and security specialist. I was a Physical Training Leader for my unit during the last 3 years of my service and have been certified through the International Sports Science Association since 2020. I fell in love with fitness when I was deployed in 2016 and have since worked on myself. I grew up heavy, have been medically considered obese and hated working out because I didn't know what I was doing. I aim to show you everything I've learned over the years and usually get way more excited about milestones than my clients have. I've been helping people reach their goals since before separating and whole heartedly believe that a trainer should genuinely want to help people and not cost a person pursuing their health pay and arm and a leg.
