What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although some of our prices may seem higher than competitors we can assure you that our quality of work will exceed your expectations and we strive to keep it at the highest level possible.
However, we do offer many discounts including 10% to Military and Police!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers we try not to push them but simply offer our assistance in any way possible. We know not every job we quote is going to be a hire for the amount quoted but we always try to be fair and close to actual cost without seeing the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 15 years combined of agricultural education as well as hands on training.
