- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to ask what the priorities and expectations are when we begin a new task. Everyone has different priorities and ideas of what "clean" means, so communication is key!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have many years of professional experience; we also use tutorials and reading but most of our education comes from product trials for all of the kinds of surfaces and levels of grime. We have tackled some pretty tuff jobs and have learned what chemicals are best for everything.
