- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don’t have any hidden fees associated with our services- all of our estimates are lined out to show you exactly what you are paying for, we offer discounted work to loyal customers and those who give out referrals that lead to another customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to speak with my customers over the phone and set up a date and time to go over the project in person so I can submit a very accurate estimate. I like to know what my customers ideas are and the expectations.
