- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constantly, my credentials are renewed every 3 years or every year depending on the certification body. This typically means taking some type of transitional course or taking an updated course that adds to my baseline.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Just because they say they can do it, doesn't mean they can. ANYONE can have the skill set, tools and knowledge. The difference is can they really do what they say. Credentials speak to that ability as does time in the field. Just like big businesses like credentials or a certain amount of time in the field to offset a credential or education, so should you. I mean, your mechanic has to be ASE certified to work on your car right? Again, why would you treat your computer any different? There is NO GUARANTEE on software fixes. Anyone who tells you they will warranty software is pulling your leg because of how easily it can be over-written in a matter of minutes.
