Pricing varies based on the size of the home, frequency of service, and overall cleaning needs. Most of our clients are on a recurring weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule, which helps maintain the home consistently over time. We focus on detailed, reliable service with the same cleaner whenever possible—not rushed or rotating crews. Estimates are personalized so we can recommend the best fit for each home. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client contacts us, we start with a quick conversation about the home, cleaning priorities, and preferred schedule. From there, we provide a personalized estimate based on the size of the home and level of cleaning needed. For recurring clients, we do our best to send the same cleaner each visit so you can build consistency and trust over time. Many first visits require a more detailed initial cleaning to get everything to a maintenance level before ongoing service begins. Our team is trained through hands-on experience, detailed cleaning systems, and ongoing quality feedback. Kristin’s Cleaning has been serving Lincoln homeowners since 2006, and new cleaners work alongside experienced team members before cleaning homes independently.
